Policies

Failure to follow our guidelines will prevent you from making any appointments in the future.

Covid Policy

Health and safety are our number one concern. Therefore, we will continue to follow protocol by sanitizing the before and after each appointment using CaviCide medical grade disinfectant. We require all patrons to wear a mask during the procedure. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you. Upon arrival, hand sanitizer will be provided, and your temperature will be checked with a non-contact thermometer. If your temperature is over 99.00, we will reschedule your appointment to a later date (+14 days). If you are displaying any signs of sickness, we will reschedule your appointment until your symptoms subdue.

You must review the before and aftercare section of the website before booking your appointment.

 

Price Fluctuation

In some cases, the prices of our services may change. We will always strive to keep costs low and change prices only when necessary. 

 

Deposits

We require you to pay a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit at the time of booking. This fee will go towards the remaining balance. We ask for deposits to ensure that the artists' time is compensated adequately for any last-minute reschedules or cancellations. 

 

Cancellation

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours before the procedure. However, please keep in mind that your deposit will be forfeited. Those who do not give notice will be prevented from booking future appointments. 

 

Fees

To respect our clients and staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will receive a $10 fee, accumulating $1 per minute after 10 minutes. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment.

 

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note that there is a 3% fee for the use of a credit/debit card. 

 

Checks will not be accepted.

 

Extra Guests

We strive to provide the most relaxed atmosphere for our clients and artists. Therefore, NO extra guests (including children and animals) are allowed. We also want to prevent any cross-contamination and distractions for the artists.

 

Photos

If you proceed with booking the appointment, you consent to use your images for promotions, advertising, and statistical studies without any additional compensation.

 

Right to Refuse

The artist has the right to refuse service to anyone misbehaving, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
